## Description

### Die Vorlage

Bundesrat und Parlament wollen den Geschäften in grösseren Bahnhöfen und in Flughäfen erlauben, unabhängig von ihrem Angebot auch an Sonntagen Personal zu beschäftigen.

Immer mehr Leute kaufen sonntags in Bahnhof- und Flughafengeschäften ein. Nach dem geltenden Arbeitsgesetz dürfen diese Geschäfte jedoch an Sonntagen nur dann Personal beschäftigen, wenn sie Waren und Dienstleistungen anbieten, die Reisende benötigen. Diese Regelung halten Bundesrat und Parlament für zu eng. Sie entspricht nicht mehr den heutigen Lebensgewohnheiten weiter Teile der Bevölkerung. Daher soll das Arbeitsgesetz punktuell angepasst werden. Neu sollen alle Läden in Zentren des öffentlichen Verkehrs, das heisst in grösseren Bahnhöfen und in Flughäfen, an Sonntagen Personal beschäftigen dürfen. Dieses Recht soll unabhängig von Angebot und Verkaufsfläche bestehen.

Gegen die Vorlage haben die Gewerkschaften das Referendum ergriffen. Sie befürchten, dass das Arbeitsgesetz verschlechtert und der Sonntag längerfristig zum normalen Arbeitstag wird.

### Resultate

Die Vorlage wurde angenommen.

Stimmbeteiligung: 42.3%
Ja-Stimmen: 50.6%

In the embed URL, `dm` sets what is shown: `e` the map with its title bar (default), `p` also the values of an object clicked on the map, `m` only the map with a button that opens it in the atlas. `ig=1` (default) lets the map react to scrolling and dragging only after a click into it, `ig=0` right away.
