## Description

### Die Vorlage

Die Einführung der 1994 in der Verfassung verankerten leistungsabhängigen Schwerverkehrsabgabe (LSVA) soll einen Beitrag zur Umsetzung der Alpen-Initiative leisten und Mittel für die Realisierung diverser Bahnprojekte aufbringen. Die jährlich zu erwartenden Einnahmen aus der Besteuerung des Schwerverkehrs (je nach Gewicht zwischen 0,6 und 3 Rappen pro Tonne und Kilometer) von rund 1 Mrd. Franken sollen zu zwei Dritteln an den Bund und zu einem Drittel an die Kantone gehen. Der Nutzfahrzeugverband (ASTAG) ergriff erfolgreich das Referendum gegen das Gesetz und wurde von der SVP, dem Gewerbeverband und den Automobilverbänden unterstützt.

### Resultate

Die Vorlage wurde von Volk und Ständen angenommen.

In the embed URL, `dm` sets what is shown: `e` the map with its title bar (default), `p` also the values of an object clicked on the map, `m` only the map with a button that opens it in the atlas. `ig=1` (default) lets the map react to scrolling and dragging only after a click into it, `ig=0` right away.
