# Luftraum: Luftfahrthindernisse

## Description

Gebäude, Antennen, Türme, Kräne, Seilbahnen, Hochspannungsleitungen oder weitere hohe Anlagen können Hindernisse für die Luftfahrt darstellen und Auswirkungen auf die Sicherheit von Flugzeugen und Helikoptern haben. Deshalb sind solche Anlagen meldepflichtig und müssen bereits bei der Projektierung einer luftfahrttechnischen Prüfung unterzogen werden. Als Luftfahrthindernis gelten Anlagen, wenn sie in überbauten Zonen eine Höhe von 60 Metern und mehr sowie ausserhalb solcher Gebiete eine Höhe von mindestens 25 Meter aufweisen. Spezifische Regelungen gelten zudem in Regionen rund um Flugplätze.
Das Bundesamt für Zivilluftfahrt (BAZL) prüft, ob eine Anlage mit Blick auf die Sicherheit des Luftverkehrs errichtet werden darf und welche Sicherheitsmassnahmen wie Markierung und/oder Befeuerung vorzunehmen sind. Das BAZL erfasst und verwaltet alle Objekte, welche ein Luftfahrthindernis darstellen und veranlasst deren Publikation für die Piloten. In Kombination mit den offiziellen Landeskarten der Schweiz sind die aktuellen Luftfahrthindernisdaten beim Bundesamt für Landestopografie in elektronischer Form verfügbar.
