# Ständige Wohnbevölkerung: jährliche Angaben ab 2000

## Description

Seit 1900 (3.3 Millionen) hat sich die Bevölkerung der Schweiz beinahe verdreifacht. Stand Ende 2025 ist der Stand der ständigen Wohnbevölkerung bei 9'127'100 Personen, bei einer Zuwachsrate gegenüber dem Vorjahr von 0.8%. Die Zunahme erreichte ihren Höhepunkt zwischen 1961 und 1963 mit jährlichen Wachstumsraten von durchschnittlich 2.4%. Seit 2007, liegt der Durchschnnitt der Zunahme bei mehr als 1%. Im Jahr 2014 wird ein Bevölkerungswachstum von 1.2% beobachtet, was die Schweiz zu einem der dynamischsten Ländern hinsichtlich des Bevölkerungswachstums in Europa macht. Zu Bevölkerungsrückgängen kam es einzig 1918 als Folge der Spanischen Grippe und in den wirtschaftlichen Rezessionsjahren 1975-1977.

In the embed URL, `dm` sets what is shown: `e` the map with its title bar (default), `p` also the values of an object clicked on the map, `m` only the map with a button that opens it in the atlas. `ig=1` (default) lets the map react to scrolling and dragging only after a click into it, `ig=0` right away.
