# Wasser- und Zugvogelreservate von nationaler Bedeutung (WV)

## Description

Die Schweiz ist für viele ziehende Wasservogelarten als Überwinterungs- und Rastplatz sehr bedeutungsvoll. Dies gilt insbesonders für den Bodensee, den Rhein, die Aare, den Neuenburgersee und den Genfersee. Ein grosser Teil dieser Vögel wandert im Oktober aus den Brutgebieten im Norden und Osten Europas in unser Land und verlässt es im Frühjahr wieder. Weitere Gebiete sind entweder als Rastplatz für ziehenden Limikolenarten von grosser Bedeutung oder werden von vielen Zugvögeln als Alpenübergang benutzt. Je nach Gebiet und Situation werden Nutzungen, welche die Tiere und ihre Lebensräume beeinträchtigen, eingeschränkt oder verboten, so etwa die Jagd, Fischerei, Schiffsverkehr oder die Durchführung von Sportanlässen.

In the embed URL, `dm` sets what is shown: `e` the map with its title bar (default), `p` also the values of an object clicked on the map, `m` only the map with a button that opens it in the atlas. `ig=1` (default) lets the map react to scrolling and dragging only after a click into it, `ig=0` right away. The size can be changed in `style`.
