## Description

The popular initiative aims to change the current system. It calls for a single national health insurance fund organized under public law to provide social health insurance for all insured persons. The public health insurance fund would have cantonal or intercantonal agencies. Their main tasks would be to set premiums for their area and to reimburse benefits, in particular medical treatment, medicines, and hospital stays.

The proposal was rejected by the electorate and the cantons.

In the embed URL, `dm` sets what is shown: `e` the map with its title bar (default), `p` also the values of an object clicked on the map, `m` only the map with a button that opens it in the atlas. `ig=1` (default) lets the map react to scrolling and dragging only after a click into it, `ig=0` right away. The size can be changed in `style`.
