## Description

Le projet d'interdiction de la discrimination raciale (loi contre le racisme) a fait l'objet d'un référendum lancé par certains milieux de droite, qui y voyaient une menace pour la liberté d'expression. La loi contre le racisme punit toute discrimination en raison de la race, de l'ethnie ou de la religion. Son acceptation a permis au Conseil fédéral de ratifier la Convention de l'ONU sur l'élimination de la discrimination raciale.

Le projet a été accepté.

In the embed URL, `dm` sets what is shown: `e` the map with its title bar (default), `p` also the values of an object clicked on the map, `m` only the map with a button that opens it in the atlas. `ig=1` (default) lets the map react to scrolling and dragging only after a click into it, `ig=0` right away. The size can be changed in `style`.
