## Description

### Le projet

L'introduction de la redevance sur les poids lourds liée aux prestations, ancrée dans la constitution depuis 1994, doit contribuer à l'application de l'initiative des Alpes et fournir les moyens pour réaliser différents projets ferroviaires. Les recettes annuelles attendues de la taxation du trafic de poids lourds (entre 0,6 et 3 centimes par tonne et par kilomètre, selon le poids), qui devraient se monter à 1 milliard de francs, se répartissent à raison de deux tiers pour la Confédération et d'un tiers pour les cantons. L'association suisse des transporteurs routiers (ASTAG), soutenue par l'UDC, par l'Union suisse des arts et métiers et par les associations des automobilistes, a lancé un référendum contre le projet de loi.

Le projet a été accepté par le peuple et les cantons.

Participation: 51.8%
Votes favorables: 57.2%

In the embed URL, `dm` sets what is shown: `e` the map with its title bar (default), `p` also the values of an object clicked on the map, `m` only the map with a button that opens it in the atlas. `ig=1` (default) lets the map react to scrolling and dragging only after a click into it, `ig=0` right away.
