# Codice penale e militare: divieto della discriminazione razziale (1994)

## Description

Contro il divieto della discriminazione razziale era stato lanciato il referendum dagli ambienti di destra, che temevano una limitazione della libertà di espressione. La legge contro il razzismo punisce chi discrimina a causa dell'appartenenza razziale, etnica o religiosa. L'adozione del testo permette inoltre al Consiglio federale di ratificare la Convenzione dell'ONU contro la discriminazione razziale.

Il progetto è stato accettato.

In the embed URL, `dm` sets what is shown: `e` the map with its title bar (default), `p` also the values of an object clicked on the map, `m` only the map with a button that opens it in the atlas. `ig=1` (default) lets the map react to scrolling and dragging only after a click into it, `ig=0` right away. The size can be changed in `style`.
