# Deflusso mensile della Reuss: media per decade

## Description

Le Alpi svizzere rappresentano una delle principali fonti di acqua dolce. Il contenuto idrico naturale di una regione è dato dalla variazione spaziale e temporale delle precipitazioni, dell'evaporazione e del deflusso. Il rapporto con l'acqua è importante sia per l'ecologia (mantenimento della biodiversità) sia per l'economia (produzione di corrente, industrie, navigazione, irrigazione, approvvigionamento di acqua potabile) e per la politica (accordi sui sistemi fluviali nelle regioni di confine).
Il deflusso si forma in superficie e sottoterra in seguito alle precipitazioni liquide e allo scioglimento di neve e ghiaccio. La distribuzione della formazione di deflussi naturali può variare sia nello spazio che nel tempo per effetto dell'interazione tra gli elementi climatici (soprattutto precipitazioni, temperatura dell'aria e irraggiamento) e delle proprietà del territorio (topografia, geologia, caratteristiche, copertura e utilizzo del suolo).
