## Description

Suscitò scalpore l'approvazione dell'iniziativa popolare «per la protezione della regione alpina dal traffico di transito», che intende trasferire su rotaia, nel giro di dieci anni, il traffico merci in transito attraverso le Alpi da confine a confine e vietare un potenziamento della capacità delle vie di transito nella regione alpina.

L'iniziativa è stata accettata dal popolo e dai cantoni.

In the embed URL, `dm` sets what is shown: `e` the map with its title bar (default), `p` also the values of an object clicked on the map, `m` only the map with a button that opens it in the atlas. `ig=1` (default) lets the map react to scrolling and dragging only after a click into it, `ig=0` right away. The size can be changed in `style`.
