Il rilascio di permessi di dimora sarebbe limitato da tetti massimi e da contingenti annuali per tutti gli stranieri. Sul mercato del lavoro, i datori di lavoro dovrebbero dare la preferenza ai cittadini svizzeri. I trattati internazionali contrari a queste disposizioni andrebbero rinegoziati, quindi anche l’Accordo sulla libera circolazione. ### Risultati Il progetto è stato accettato dal popolo e dai Cantoni.
