## Description

### Il progetto

L’iniziativa chiede di modificare la prassi seguita dalla Svizzera in caso di «contraddizione» tra un trattato internazionale e il suo diritto costituzionale. Essa chiede di prescrivere a livello costituzionale il modo di procedere nei casi in cui, ad esempio, un’iniziativa popolare accettata dal Popolo fosse incompatibile in determinati punti con un trattato internazionale concluso dalla Svizzera. In simili casi il nostro Paese dovrebbe sistematicamente garantire il rango superiore della Costituzione federale: la Svizzera non potrebbe più applicare il trattato, a meno che non sia stato assoggettato a referendum, e dovrebbe adeguarlo, avviando nuovi negoziati con gli Stati interessati. Se questi fallissero, il trattato dovrebbe essere, «se necessario», denunciato.

Il progetto è stato respinto dal popolo e dai cantoni.

In the embed URL, `dm` sets what is shown: `e` the map with its title bar (default), `p` also the values of an object clicked on the map, `m` only the map with a button that opens it in the atlas. `ig=1` (default) lets the map react to scrolling and dragging only after a click into it, `ig=0` right away. The size can be changed in `style`.
