## Description

### Il progetto

l'introduzione della tassa sul traffico pesante commisurata alle prestazioni (TTPCP), ancorata dal 1994 nella Costituzione, intende contribuire alla concretizzazione degli obiettivi perseguiti dall'iniziativa delle Alpi e a finanziare diversi progetti ferroviari. Si calcola che i proventi annuali della TTPCP dovrebbero aggirarsi attorno a 1 miliardo di franchi (da 0,6 a 3 centesimi per chilometro e per tonnellata di peso totale), di cui due terzi saranno assegnati alla Confederazione e un terzo ai Cantoni. L'Associazione svizzera dei trasporti stradali (ASTAG) ha lanciato con successo il referendum contro la legge, ottenendo il sostegno dell'UDC, dell'Unione svizzera delle arti e mestieri e delle associazioni degli automobilisti.

Il progetto è stato approvato dal popolo e dai cantoni.

In the embed URL, `dm` sets what is shown: `e` the map with its title bar (default), `p` also the values of an object clicked on the map, `m` only the map with a button that opens it in the atlas. `ig=1` (default) lets the map react to scrolling and dragging only after a click into it, `ig=0` right away. The size can be changed in `style`.
