Atlas of Switzerland Web – Version 0.9.0

New Features

• New object search in thematic maps: The currently displayed map can be searched directly for contained objects. Found objects can be highlighted on the map.
• New print and export function: Thematic maps can be exported as PDF or PNG. Several formats are available, including A4 and A3 in portrait or landscape orientation, as well as additional screen formats.
• Flexible export settings: Different quality levels can be selected for export. In addition, either the entire map or only a selected map section can be exported.
• Server-side rendering: Print and export views are rendered server-side to ensure reliable, high-quality results for maps, legends and labels.
• Extended sharing function: Links can now also include the basemap style and the selected basemap layers.

Improved Features

• The search has been further improved: search results from themes, basemaps and map objects are combined more effectively, and the most relevant result category is selected automatically.
• The display and handling of opened search results has been optimized, especially on mobile devices.
• The theme overview can now be sorted by most recently updated maps.

Fixed Bugs

• An issue was fixed where the transparency of thematic map layers was sometimes not applied correctly on initial page load.
