The proposal
The EDU had launched a referendum against the Federal Decree on the medical prescription of heroin. It objected particularly to the extension of the programme to the medically supervised provision of heroin, fearing that this would become a new form of therapy.
Results
The proposal was accepted.
Voter turnout: 45.7%
Yes votes: 54.4%
